Assistant Programme Manager

As an Assistant Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing one or more of our public policy education programmes. You will work with the programme manager to design the curriculum, plan the marketing strategy, execute the programmes, document the processes, and make recommendations on how to scale and improve the programmes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Programme Manager in coordinating the programmes end-to-end activities from admission to programme closure.
  • Monitor programme communication with students on different platforms (Example: Slack, LMS, Email etc)
  • Attention to detail to ensure schedules are adhered to, processes followed, data captured and validated diligently
  • Support Programme Manager on all activities and ensure quality control is maintained across the programme
  • Enjoy student interaction

Must Have Skills:

  • Detail oriented and ability to multitask
  • Team player and an enabler towards a nurturing working environment
  • Passion to work with people and eventually play the role of a guide for students
  • Project management experience is a big advantage
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Administrative skills for operating LMS (Learning Management System), SIS (Student Information System) & integrated communication platforms like Slack, Teams, etc
  • Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate a programme
  • Capacity to identify and minimize risks
  • People skills: Ability to resolve conflicts, demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism when dealing with stakeholders
