Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Identification of Child labour in the Patna and in around the Base location state. Ensuring regular identifications and surveys of child labour by the State Team in all the implementing States
- Rescue of identified children within the 24 hours of confirmation of information
- Rehabilitation ensuring rehabilitation of rescued children as per mandated with the Laws
- Documentation should maintain all reports as desired by the central office and as per the job requirement. Should be able to come up with quality report with minimum errors and major specificity
- Ensuring that every child rescued are followed up for proper integration and rehabilitation in the society
- Keeping a track of the benefits received by the children so that all the available benefits and schemes can be provided or ensured
- Ensuring maintaining of proper details of the rescued children by the State Team for easy follow up through telephonic conversations, home visits, etc
- Assisting of the State Coordinator in carrying out certain tasks and activities and as when required.
Requirement
Education
- Minimum Graduate, Post Graduate Preferred.
Experience
- 1-4 years of relevant experience.
