Your Role:

This role is responsible for providing Program Operation support to DS Region. It includes administrative and database maintenance support to the DS function in order to ensure compliance with basic systems and processes of CRY and to make sure that DS-related information is always up to date and available for use by internal and external stakeholders. The role also ensures sanctions, disbursals, and audit requirements are completed on a timely basis. The role also ensures providing administrative support to all CRY-led Direct Intervention Projects which includes ensuring due diligence to the financial guidelines, timely processing of invoices and expenditure settlements, and DI SOPs.

Technical skills:

  • Grant-making and sanction processing skills.
  • MS Office using skills – Person who has the knowledge of word, excel, and PowerPoint and has experience in working with excel spreadsheets, preparing, consolidating, and generating reports /analysis from the spreadsheets (trend and comparative analysis) and working on basic formulas.
  • Maintaining database and generating various reports – Persons who have the ability to maintain database, both soft and hard copy documentation, maintain statutory documentation for systems records and audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with finance and provide required information/documents for statutory audits.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who is supportive, flexible, and ready to take on additional tasks and ability to cope with work pressure. The person who has the ability to work well in a team, build good rapport, work closely/follow up on various requirements with various stakeholders and is also flexible to take on different responsibilities as required by the organization from time to time.
  • Responds positively to feedback and respects diverse points of view and constructive attitude.
  • Ability to identify problems, analyze their causes, and resolve them in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Possess a high-energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement, a sense of personal responsibility for work outcomes, and a personal commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, organize/plan and execute the work with timelines, co-ordinate with different stakeholders internally (DS team, other functions particularly finance, HO, RD, RC members, Grant Risk Management, etc.) and externally (Project partners).
  • Basic knowledge or openness to learn and work on financial/sanction-related software.

You:

You must hold a Graduate / Post – Graduate in any discipline and have 3 to 6 years of experience in the Development Sector. Fluency and articulation of the English language are a must. Knowing any other South Indian languages would be desirable.
