**About Us:**  

India Health Action Trust (IHAT) was established in 2003 with a vision to address health and social inequities among vulnerable populations. IHAT works closely with the Government of India and state governments to develop comprehensive programs focused on public health goals, including HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Reproductive Maternal Neonatal Child Health (RMNCH), Nutrition, and Health Systems Strengthening.

 

**Job Summary:**  

The Associate will support IHAT in advancing organizational priorities and strengthening programmatic delivery across thematic areas. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing activities of institutional significance, tracking progress, and facilitating internal engagements. The position offers exposure to large-scale public health efforts and opportunities to engage with complex systems and multi-stakeholder coordination.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Consolidate and track work plans across teams/projects.

– Organize review meetings and identify progress/bottlenecks.

– Facilitate cross-project initiatives and thematic activities.

– Assist in preparing reports, decks, and content for internal and donor meetings.

– Compile government guidelines, curate learning materials, and support field staff development.

– Engage in knowledge products, case studies, and documentation.

– Support strategic planning, grant proposals, and concept notes with field insights.

– Track team performance and engagement in learning activities.

 

**Experience Required:**  

2–5 years of relevant work experience in public health, development projects, or program implementation. Experience with consulting or large-scale non-profit projects is an advantage. Understanding of government health programs is desirable.

 

**Education:**  

Master’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
