**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate to join our team in Subarnapur, Bolangir. The Associate will be responsible for supporting our programs and initiatives in the region, working closely with local communities and government officials.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct research and data analysis to identify key issues and opportunities in the region.

* Develop and implement program activities, ensuring alignment with Swaniti’s strategic goals.

* Facilitate community engagement and mobilize local stakeholders for project implementation.

* Monitor and evaluate program impact, documenting and reporting on key outcomes.

* Build relationships and collaborate with local government officials and community leaders.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials.

* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, development studies, public administration).

* 1-3 years of experience working in the development sector, preferably in rural areas.

* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and utilize data for program improvement.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

* Fluency in Odia and English is essential.

* Commitment to working in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.
