Associate Consultant, System Transformation (Chandigarh)

About the role

System Transformation Program is a  program in partnership with the State Council for Education Research and Training, Punjab. The program aims to reimagine educator professional development across all government schools in Punjab by revamping the content and pedagogy of educator professional development and also including aspects of personalised classroom/ school coaching for teachers and principals, respectively. 

The Associate Consultant will be working closely with the SCERT Punjab to support and assist in facilitating, designing, monitoring, documenting, training & designing for the entire program. It will also include codifying the program and managing the constant evolution of the program as we move ahead.

Please note this is a three-month engagement open to converting to a full-time position. 

How can you succeed in this role?

• By supporting in the development of a cadre of core facilitators and quality evaluators within SCERT Punjab
• By contributing to and implementing data collection and analysis systems to check for the effectiveness of programs

Knowledge

• Intermediate excel skills, pedagogical practices
• knowledge of Teacher centric education, practices and development structures
• Prior knowledge and experience of working with systems 

Experience 

• 2-3 years of experience in the education sector, specifically in teaching, curriculum or teacher training
• High preference for those who have worked in the education space and have had teaching experience before

• Compensation will be between Rs 35,000 – Rs 40,000 per month based on the experience of the candidate and will include the following perks:
