Leadership For Skilled Education Foundation (LFE), branded as Leadership For Equity (LFE), is a non-profit organization based in Pune, Maharashtra. LFE envisions public education systems that refuse to let children down by building capacity in government system leaders and influencing system processes. Over seven years, LFE has impacted 8 million students across Maharashtra, Haryana, and Andhra Pradesh through partnerships with state education bodies.

Mantra4Change, based in Bangalore, works on school improvement and education leadership development. It collaborates with states like Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Andhra Pradesh to drive systemic transformation by creating tools for observation, monitoring, and reimagining systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. Research evidence-based practices and design subject-specific training content for teachers, School Complex Leaders, and officers.  

2. Develop PPTs, sessions, and blended learning components, including presentations, voice-over narration scripts, lesson plans, and assessments.  

3. Coordinate with LMS platform designers to align content requirements.  

4. Contribute to project reports and support managers in achieving project outcomes.  

5. Conduct regular update meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.  

6. Design timely project status and impact reports for leadership teams.  

7. Engage in observations, user interviews, and feedback sessions to refine content.  

8. Participate in organizational team spaces and structures.  

**Requirements:**  

– **Education & Experience:** Degree in education/teacher development or related social science/management discipline; Master’s preferred. 2-5 years of experience leading large-scale training programs with government schools, preferably in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana. Teaching experience is an advantage.  

– **Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities:** Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; functional knowledge of Telugu preferred. Strong content development skills, initiative-taking, adaptability, resourcefulness, and resilience. Understanding of social equity, education policy, and public sector potential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Suite.  

**Compensation:**  

The compensation band is INR 4.00 – 6.00 lakh per annum CTC, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
