## Associate – Customer Success

**Experience Required:** 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

* Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various channels like email, phone, and chat.
* Assist clients with onboarding and navigating Haqdarshak’s platform.
* Troubleshoot client queries and provide timely solutions.
* Gather and analyze client feedback to improve customer experience.
* Work closely with the internal team to resolve client issues effectively.
* Contribute to ongoing knowledge base and documentation updates.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients.
**Qualifications:**
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Basic understanding of customer service principles.
* Passion for social impact and helping people.
