**Job Location:** New Delhi

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our team in New Delhi to lead our Digital Health & Data Science initiative. This role will be a key driver in shaping our organization’s digital transformation strategy and ensuring successful implementation of innovative data-driven solutions. 

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement a comprehensive digital health strategy aligned with Jhpiego’s overall strategic priorities.

* Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to improve health outcomes, including:

    * Designing and deploying digital health interventions.

    * Building and managing data collection and analysis systems.

    * Utilizing data insights to inform program design and evaluation.

* Collaborate with Jhpiego’s global teams to identify opportunities for digital health integration across programs.

* Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders in the digital health and data science field.

* Manage a team of digital health and data science professionals.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Master’s degree in public health, computer science, data science, or a related field.

* 10+ years of experience in digital health and data science, with a focus on developing and implementing data-driven solutions in low- and middle-income countries.

* Proven experience in leading and managing teams.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in working with international development organizations.

* Fluency in English.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* PhD in a related field.

* Experience in using data analytics to inform health policy and program design.

* Experience in working with mobile health technologies.
