About Indian Administrative Fellowship:

Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is an 18-month fellowship program for senior private sector talent to work closely with the government to catalyze innovation and governance transformation, by extending the reach and efficiency of large scale government programs, under the guidance of visionary civil servants.

At The/Nudge you will:

  • own the overall health and progress of the state Indian Administrative Fellowship program by collaborating with the State administrative leadership, the fellow designates, Project Management Unit and other relevant stakeholders/partners
  • ensure all IAF projects are delivered to the satisfaction of state government and The/Nudge stakeholders, by enabling the setting up of project charter, stakeholder alignment, monitoring and evaluation and impact delivery, among others
  • build and scale relationships across the State administrative cadre to ensure smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction
  • ensure the development and consistent updating of project linked data dashboards in order to ensure performance tracking and timely course correction
  • establish and foster partnerships with key stakeholders including knowledge partners, advisory council, steering committee, task force and program/project expert panel
  • manage the cohort of Fellows, pool of state project leads and administrative associates by ensuring OKR (Objectives-Key Results) management, career growth, engagement and alignment
  • work closely with the IAF product team towards improving the program experience, design, reporting and deliverables/impact

Apply if you have:

  • a minimum of 15 years of overall work experience
  • a successful track record in program and people management along with a strong technology orientation
  • the ability to navigate and manage the ecosystem environment across diverse internal, external partners and senior government stakeholders and projects
  • demonstrated ability to work under uncertainty, ability to articulate a vision, and secure buy-in from stakeholders
  • demonstrated success in starting and leading initiatives

Would be great if you have:

  • written and spoken fluency in Punjabi 
  • prior exposure to leading government partnerships at the senior level 
  • prior experience in the governance/development/public policy spheres
