**Position:** Associate Director – Fundraising & Partnerships  

**Location:** Pune / Mumbai / Delhi NCR / Remote (Hybrid Flexibility)  

**Experience Required:** 12–17 years

The Apprentice Project (TAP) is dedicated to education equity in India. TAP uses AI-powered learning buddies to help government school students develop 21st-century skills, fostering self-confidence and lifelong curiosity.

**Role Overview:**  

As Associate Director – Fundraising & Partnerships, you will lead fundraising efforts to secure multi-year grants and build long-term donor relationships. You will craft strategies, pitch high-value partnerships, and represent TAP in national/international forums.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy across segments (CSR, HNIs/UHNIs, international).

– Design a scalable funding engine and implement data-driven approaches.

– Pitch and close high-value partnerships to secure long-term funding.

– Craft compelling proposals, donor decks, and reports to showcase impact.

– Build personalized donor experiences and expand networks for fundraising opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in fundraising, including multi-year grants and HNIs/CSR.

– Strong storytelling skills to connect emotionally with donors.

– Strategic thinking and leadership in fast-paced environments.

– Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead teams effectively.

**Compensation:**  

15–18 LPA Fixed + Bonus up to ₹6 LPA (incl. EPF & insurance)
