**Experience Required:** 10 – 15 years of senior management experience in public health and the private healthcare sector. Senior-level experience in revenue generation and donor management is essential.

 

**Job Description:**

 

We are seeking an Associate Director – Operations & Strategic Growth to lead our South Asia operations and drive strategic growth within the region, with strong linkages to the Middle East. This role will be responsible for developing market development in health systems, engaging with stakeholders, identifying opportunities, fostering partnerships, and generating revenue. 

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* Identify and secure new accounts through networking, proposals, bids, partnerships, donor management, and other channels across the South Asia region. 

* Manage and cultivate strategic client relationships, addressing service needs, requests, and issues. 

* Lead and develop new consultants, ensuring the highest quality partner work. 

* Achieve revenue generation targets for the South Asia region. 

* Oversee program delivery and execution of partner initiatives and contracts. 

* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the current business model and meet objectives. 

* Conceptualize and strategize grant proposals, assisting with bid management and contract development. 

* Review financial proposals in bids, RFPs, projects, and initiatives, and oversee their execution. 

* Develop annual budgets, operating plans, and maintain profitability. 

* Collaborate with other members of the South Asia team and address any problem areas. 

* Act as a domain expert in health systems consulting for public and private healthcare, specifically in areas such as cancer care, screening programs, health systems policy and research, Health Insurance, Digital Health Solutions, Quality, Health Financing, Service Delivery, Revenue Cycle Management, Capacity Building, Human Resources, and Product Development. Experience in multiple of these thematic areas is preferred.

* Build and maintain relationships with key institutions, donors, Life Sciences companies, private healthcare organizations, and country-level stakeholders. 

* Develop and execute marketing, market access, and communications plans for the region, building a strong brand presence. 

* Organize roundtables and workshops to share industry insights and represent the organization as needed. 

 

**Qualifications and Skills:**

 

* MBA in health management or a related discipline preferred. 

* Relevant qualifications in general administration are required.

* Excellent networking skills with specialized skills in revenue generation.

* Strong planning and organizing skills.

* High-level analytical and strategic skills. 

* Excellent communication and report writing skills. 

* Proven experience in client and donor management. 

* Ability to develop quality proposals and ensure timely submission. 

* Teamwork and collaborative approach. 

* Strong financial management skills.

* High interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

* Adherence to global standards of professionalism and excellence. 

 

**Nature of Employment:**

 

The position will be offered a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on funding availability and performance.
