**Job Location:** Pune, India
**Job Summary:**
The Associate, Donor and Organisational Partnerships will play a crucial role in supporting PraDigi Center’s growth and impact. This position acts as a liaison between program implementation, learning design & analytics teams, and a diverse range of partners, including donors, organizations, and individuals. The role involves both identifying and cultivating new partnerships and supporting the effective implementation of existing partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Exploring and Building Strategic Partnerships:** Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with financial and non-financial partners, individual supporters, and institutions; acting as a liaison with government entities and other NGOs; fostering a network of partners through regular communication and collaboration.
* **Donor Management:** Creating proposals for potential donors; acting as the primary point of contact for donors, providing regular updates, and facilitating donor visits and engagement.
* **Program Review and Support:** Conducting quarterly program reviews; conducting regular field visits to gather qualitative data; supporting project tracking and ensuring alignment with partnership goals; creating internal reports and maintaining documentation; monitoring expenditures on partnership activities.
**Desired Qualifications and Experience:**
* 2-4 years of prior work experience in a similar role within the private sector, NGOs, or foundations.
* Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals from various academic, socio-economic, and cultural backgrounds.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi (or at least 1-2 other regional languages).
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively in teams and manage tasks of varying complexity.
* Adaptability to dynamic contexts and scenarios.
* Self-motivation, proactiveness, and strong organizational skills.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Ability to take initiative in unstructured environments.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the broader educational context in India.
* Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas of India.
* Commitment to at least 2-3 years of work with Pratham.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience or coursework in development, management, or education within the non-profit sector.
