**Job Description: Associate – Finance (Chennai)**

**Location:** Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India  

**Experience Required:** 1-3 years in finance, accounting, and administration  

 

**Qualifications:**  

– Graduate in B.Com/B.CS or equivalent.  

– Experience with Zoho Books preferred.  

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.  

– Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.).  

– Coordinate with auditors for year-end auditing and statutory filings.  

– Handle accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation, receipts, vouchers, petty cash, and data entry into Zoho Books.  

 

**Skills Needed:**  

– Strong communication skills.  

– Resourcefulness and self-starting ability.  

– Proficiency in MS Excel and Zoho Books.  

 

**Salary Range:** 2.5 LPA to 3.50 LPA  

 

**Additional Information:**  

– Reporting to the Finance Manager.  

– Immediate joining required.  

– Female candidates preferred, with an age limit below 30 years.
