Roles and Responsibilities:

Your role will be central to the Systems and Grant Management team of the Development Support Function nationally and will support the GM HO in ensuring high levels of accountability and timeliness for the holding of the Functions MIS and Grant management.

This role will provide guidelines to the Function in line with the organization’s Grant Sanction System and will develop new systems as per changing/evolving internal and external contexts.

The role will be responsible for the supervision and ensuring accuracy in the Functional Budgets and Financial MIS on a monthly basis and will maintain complete financial data as required by the Line Management.

This role will be responsible for the DS national grants monitoring systems to supervise and ensure adherence to the financial/programme reporting for specific National Grants.

This role will anchor/supervise Budgeting for Large grant proposals as per need and provide follow-up information for proposals as required.

The role will have to liaise with multiple internal stakeholders and will be the national hub for all information related to systems and grants and will adhere to CRY’s values and norms at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

Should be a Graduate / Post Graduate preferably in Social Work /Development Studies or Postgraduate in Commerce or Economics or any related fields with 9 to 11 years of rich experience in this domain especially in Systems and Grant Management and good at quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

Should have knowledge of social sector programs and must be proficient in extensive data analysis, creating operational systems, monitoring the performance of processes, and developing quality detailed reports. Essential to have proficiency in MS Office (esp Excel and PPT), and should have good communication and coordination skills, and should be able to manage a team.
