**Job Description: Associate Lead – FutureTech Program**

**Location:** Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Pune  

**Salary:** INR 14.40 LPA – INR 17.20 LPA

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Design and execute tech-based skilling programs in AI, cybersecurity, and other digital technologies.  

– Develop curriculum and content aligned with industry standards (NSQF, NEP 2020).  

– Build partnerships with educational institutions and industry collaborators.  

– Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure program delivery and outcomes.  

– Monitor and evaluate program performance, reporting insights to stakeholders.  

**Qualifications:**  

– M.Tech/M.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.  

– 4–6 years of experience in tech-based program management, education technology, or CSR skilling.  

– Strong knowledge of AI, cybersecurity, and web development tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow).  

– Experience in managing academic partnerships and multi-location programs.
