Job Description

  • Coordinate with the finance team to curate and regularly update MIS for pending payments.
  • Be the SPOC for the National Sales for any invoice/payment related queries.
  • Support the National Sales (field team) with invoices for the new academic year.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing between Ei schools and the finance team to ensure development of robust finance structures and processes.
  • Creating Central Repository for Invoicing (Coordination with Finance & Sales team)
  • Collection Coordinator (including MIS updation on regular basis)
  • SPOC for National Sales Customers, Sales Team & Accounts for Order to Cash
  • Provide Required Statement of Accounts, Receipt & Reconciliation
  • Collection & TDS Mapping in Internal Portal.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of payments due.

Must Have –

  • Proficient in MS office, basic knowledge of Tally & good communication skills.
  • Good command over formal communications
  • Ability to work with inter-disciplinary teams and drive time-based project
