About The/Nudge:

The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

• Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
• Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
• Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges

At The/Nudge you will:

• build  and execute people engagement products (onboarding, R&R design, culture and value sessions)  at the organizational level
• work with the central supporting function teams in the capacity of a people business partner
  analyze trends and key HR metric for all supporting functions
• engage in monthly/quarterly people reviews for the team
• develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
• work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• conduct needs assessments to build capacity towards employee growth and development
• plan and execute meaningful employee engagement spaces (offline and online)

Apply if you have:

• 5-9 years of overall work experience
• excitement to solve people challenges and build culture within the organization
• the ability to effectively communicate, understand and empathize
• the ability to maintain and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders
• the ability to collaborate with different verticals
• the ability to analyze data – comfort with Excel and PowerPoint
• strong execution rigor and operational skills
