About the role:
- As part of our partnership with the government on the EUP program,
- The/Nudge Institute has been given the mandate to build out a tech product to enable the implementation of the Graduation Approach; in conjunction with the National & State Rural Livelihood Missions (NRLM/ SRLMs). You will play a pivotal role in building this first-of-its-kind tech product intended for use in Graduation Approach programs across the country.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement large scale simulations and load tests to test the system’s reliability and scalability
- Coordinate with tech product ops to design and perform field tests to assess system performance in remote environments
- Work with team members to implement quality monitoring/ observability of the tech system
- Perform ongoing manual testing of tech product releases before rollout to ensure they meet the required quality standard
- Work closely with the development team to test intermediate releases within a sprint to ensure sprint deliverables are of expected quality

- have 3-6 years of work experience in development, testing or reliability engineering:
- Experience performing large scale load tests and simulations and working with related software [and/or]
- Experience performing manual testing as part of development teams [and/or]
- Experience implementing system monitoring for observability and working with related software
