## Associate Program Lead – STEP AP

**About the Role**

This program focuses on implementing the STEP model in residential schools in Andhra Pradesh, under the Backward Class Ministry. As an Associate Program Lead, you will play a vital role in enabling the education ecosystem to achieve continuous and sustainable improvements. You will support a designated group of stakeholders within the public school sector. 

**Responsibilities:**

* Facilitate online and offline sessions for various stakeholders.

* Develop session plans and relevant materials to support intervention implementation.

* Visit schools to collect data on interventions and provide course correction based on ground insights.

* Assist with monitoring and evaluating interventions.

* Co-design solutions with stakeholders within the department.

* Collaborate with partner organizations to enhance school experiences.

* Document processes and create reports as needed.

* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve intervention goals.

**Experience and Competencies Required:**

* Master’s degree in education, social work, or a related discipline.

* Relevant experience in the education sector or with government stakeholders.

* Understanding of state-level education transformation initiatives in India.

* Strong problem-solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Telugu is advantageous but not mandatory.

* Ability to build strong working relationships with officials and partners.

**Remuneration:** An annual CTC of INR 4.5 Lakhs onwards (depending on experience and competency).
