About Us:
The/Nudge Foundation is a collective of some of India’s brightest entrepreneurs, leaders, and change-makers, tackling the greatest human development challenge of our times – poverty. Our work is organized across three impact streams:
- Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
- Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
- Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges
At The/Nudge you will:
- manage and support end to end deliverables with regards to people operations and employee relations across the entire employee life cycle
- proactively analyze issues/trends (such as attrition, L&D Wallets expense, disengagement, etc.)
- design and Implement celebrations (Nudgeversaries, Birthdays, Spirit of The/Nudge) for all Nudgesters (employees) – both onsite and virtually.
- monitor internal HR systems and databases
- own end to end processes for employee health insurance
Apply if you have:
- a bachelor’s degree or above, in any discipline
- work experience of between 2-5 years
- at least 1-2 years experience in a similar position (preferred, not mandatory)
- excitement for trying out newer ideas
- a creative mindset for presentations and organizing events
- comfort working with cross-functional teams with strong ownership and effective communication
- a strong focus on process adherence and data management
- excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- proficiency with microsoft excel or related software (good excel/sheet skills – moderate proficiency)
