Job Description : Site AV Operations – Bhopal

• Min 3 year experience in AV industry in Installation and Operations .
• Supporting AV for all type of events /session in Classrooms, Meeting rooms , Auditorium, Seminar Hall, Multipurpose rooms, Townhalls , etc rooms . Coordinating with other concerned teams – IT, Network, Communications , Content etc , during events to plan for dry run and actual event execution.
• Ensuring audio visual quality as per designed , as per standard, within timelines .
• Daily room checks and proactive maintenance, as per format and checklist.
• Experience with working in complex and fast paced environment with undivided focus towards User satisfaction.
• Experience in SAAS based conferencing like Teams, Skype, Blue jeans, Zoom etc . Proven success in implementing, configuring and supporting VTC platforms such as: MS, Cisco, Lifesize, Google Meet, Zoom, Polycom, etc.)
• Basic AV – Programming knowledge and troubleshoot. Basic knowledge on Windows Operating system and endpoint hardware like Laptops, thin clients.
• Carry out routine testing of portable and installed equipment to diagnose, log and repair faults.
• Capability to read and understand AV wiring diagrams, CAD drawings and schematics.
• Open service tickets with manufacturers and troubleshoot with manufacturers while on site via phone. Communicate via email and phone with Service Department personnel on system settings and conditions upon completion of system commissioning. Communicate via email and phone with Systems and Design Engineering about system operational questions or concerns.
• Prepare , Manage , List of all the installed and spare AV asset in campus . Coordinate Routine /Preventive Maintenance Plan
• Training on AV operations at regular intervals and as and when need arises.
