**Job Description: Business Analyst – CAIDO (Wadhwani Foundation)**
**Location:** New Delhi, India
**Experience Required:** 5-7 years

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with CAIDO/AIDO in research and advisory for AI Strategy Roadmap development.
2. Understand user needs, define project scope, and translate business challenges into actionable AI and digital transformation projects.
3. Identify business needs, analyze processes, and document business requirements.
4. Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
5. Support change management efforts, including user training and communication.
6. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure AI solutions meet business expectations.
7. Maintain detailed project documentation, including process workflows and artifacts.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as AI engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery.
**Skills & Experience:**
– Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
– Business Analysis Experience: Proven experience of at least 7 years in business analysis, preferably on AI, digital transformation, or technology initiatives.
– Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or domain relevant to AI and digital transformation projects.
– AI and Digital Transformation Knowledge: Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and digital transformation frameworks.
– Data Literacy: Familiarity with data concepts, data modeling, and analysis techniques.
– Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify business needs and recommend suitable AI solutions.
– Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
