Business Analyst

• Provide day to day support to User group.
• Support & Manage : IT Business Appln and work with captive IT team ensuring No escalations.
• Be responsible for downtime and maintain the Application. SLA.
• Work closely with various stakeholders and teams.
• Manage large/medium projects ensuring business requirements are met.
• Recommending process improvements to increase a business’s efficiency
• Develop project plans and ensuring their timely completion
• Analysing large data sets to provide actionable insights 

Skills/Experience

• Has prior experience in managing Business Applications and Systems etc.
• Any Graduate with min 8+ years of hands-on exp in JAVA, Dot Net,. PHP, MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
