**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Membership team in Mumbai. This role is crucial in driving new member acquisition and managing existing member relationships, contributing significantly to Nasscom’s growth and impact.
**Responsibilities:**
* **New Member Acquisition:**
* Proactively identify and reach out to potential members through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking.
* Develop compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of Nasscom membership.
* Assist new members in the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the value proposition and available resources.
* **Account Management (Existing Members):**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with current members, fostering their continued engagement and participation.
* Provide ongoing support to members, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
* Conduct regular member visits and interactions within the assigned region.
* Utilize CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, sales activities, and member information.
* **Market Knowledge:**
* Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and changes to effectively position the membership benefits.
* Collect and integrate member feedback to continuously improve and enhance Nasscom’s offerings.
* **Sales Targets:**
* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
* Any Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and account management.
* Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
