It was established in 2002 and benefitting over 15,00,000 underprivileged children, youth, women and their families every year, through 400 live welfare projects on subjects such as education, healthcare, youth employability and women empowerment, across 25 states of India. Adopting a life cycle approach to development, Smile Foundation focuses its interventions on children, their families and the community.

Role Summary: Business Head will be responsible for business-to-consumer business, encompassing elements of communication, IP Business consulting, digital fund raising and achieving business goals.

Location: Delhi

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility would be to lead B2C business

• Will be the PnL owner and should be able to make business Strategy, handleoperations of Business Unit & ensure success, setup alliances & partnerships, manage stakeholders.

• Lead digitial fund raising campaigns

• Well versed with internet marketing, social sector selling

• Will be responsible for sustainability of the organization.

• Will generate new business development to ensure that the fundraising target is achieved

• Work in partnership with communication team

• Will be expectedto generate business through event sponsorships, cause marketing, pay roll giving, donation drive campaigns, IP business consulting and other innovative fundraising

• Understanding consumer behavior

• Evidence based marketing through data analsysis

Desired Profile

• Ideally from a Internet Marketing and Branding understanding

• Strong understanding on digitial marketing

• Should possess excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills

• Should have good knowledge and experience in B2C sales/concept selling or related field

• Should be a people’s person having strong inter-personal skills with an ability to create a cohesive environment

• Should have strong leadership abilities, self driven, self motivated, who can inspire other team members

• Should be a strong participative leader who can mentor his team and work passionately to raise funds for social causes

• Strong negotiator with good networking skills

• An innovative mind that can think out-of-the-box and generate new ideas

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Qualifications & Experiences

• Post-graduate qualification in Management/ Marketing with demonstrable experience of being a business head

• A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience

• 35 – 40 years
