**Job Title:** Chief Technical Strategist

**Job Location:** Noida, India
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with government bodies, industry experts, academia, and other stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI) and their potential benefits for India.
* Advocate for policies that encourage innovation and responsible technology adoption through engagement with government and industry leaders.
* Partner with the President to formulate Nasscom’s perspective on emerging technology issues (e.g., ethics) and engage stakeholders to implement effective national strategies.
* Serve as Nasscom’s primary expert on emerging technologies, collaborating with internal teams to prioritize deep tech initiatives.
* Represent Nasscom at industry events, conferences, and media engagements, promoting emerging technologies.
* Develop thought leadership through articles, public speaking, etc., to drive advocacy.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
* M.Tech/MS degree with 15+ years of experience in the technology sector, preferably within large enterprises or deep tech startups.
* Proven experience working with government agencies.
* Prior experience in a technology advisory role for CTOs, CEOs, or senior stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of current trends and advancements in emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, IoT, cybersecurity, and quantum computing.
* Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to position Nasscom as a leading authority on frontier technologies.
* Strong learning agility and ability to stay updated on technological trends.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders at senior leadership levels within organizations and government.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful conclusions from limited or ambiguous data within a project environment.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
