This role is best suited for freshers or students who have taken a gap year and will be applying for a Masters degree or individuals wanting to understand the social enterprise startup space and education sector.

The Role – Client Servicing Associate (Your core duties)

You will be working on key vertical managing TribesforGOOD’s clients and would be instrumental in maintaining relationships with students, schools and NGOs.

-Head the admissions process for Global Challenges & Social Justice Program. Interview students for the program through zoom calls.

-Counsel and advise prospective students/ parents regarding application process, programs and other inquiries.

-Develop relationships with school/university personnel, NGOs, students, parents and alumni.

-Coordinate virtual training sessions for high school students for the Global Challenges Program.

– Strategise alumni engagement activities and build an engaged alumni network.

-Support the marketing team in collecting testimonials, video bytes and education team in developing curriculum.

-Researching new opportunities for collaboration with partner NGOs.

Compensation

Annual package of 2.4 lakhs – 3.0 lakhs commensurate with skill and experience + variable (INR 50,000).
