Job Opportunity for Cluster Head (Sales) at Angel Xpress Foundation in Mumbai

We are hiring – Angel Xpress Foundation is a 12A and 80G certified NGO that promotes and supports volunteerism among the socially conscious educated through its Free Learning Center (FLC) program to further education, gender equality, a wholesome childhood for children from underprivileged homes and sustainable communities in urban neighborhoods. 

Position : Cluster Head (sales)

Number of positions: 1

Experience: 5 years + preferably in sales/networking/pr kind of client facing role

Work location: Mumbai

JD in brief: 

-Start 5 free learning centers across Mumbai annually

FLCs are operated from public spaces like gardens/schools/lobbies of office/residential building, anywhere volunteers who are typically home makers, retired folk, students from schools &colleges catering to the affluent, and working folk who can take two hours a week to teach can visit to interact with students allocated to them at a pre decided day and time through the year.  

An FLC should have a minimum of 50 kids (school going children from slums) and 15 volunteers who will commit 2 hours a week to teach English/Math/Lifeskills or school subjects to senior students.

Training and resources to run the center provided by AXF. 

Skills needed: -networking, 

-basic understanding of backend operations (willingness and capacity to learn is enough) 

-willingness to travel and engage with various groups in neighbourhoods across Mumbai to form volunteer groups that will run the community centers in their own neighborhood

– People skills required to recognise and develop leaders in the groups you interact with.

-Salary in line with industry standards. App 5+ lacs pa this includes 50% performance linked variable. 

– Work from home

– travel for meetings across Mumbai as needed to achieve the objective.
