Role Context:

Academy team develops universal business management tools in growth or efficiency improvement that can be deployed by our consultants to address the most pressing needs of SMEs, and train consultants and SMEs in effectively using these tools. This role is that of a consultant who will own all activities in developing the content and training stakeholders

Responsibilities:

The Consultant should be able to leverage his/her experience of management/consulting and work with ideation and development of easy to understand DIY tools, provide support to transformation team and drive usage of content on our platform. Working under the guidance of senior team members, he/she will be responsible for:

• Identifying and prioritizing the key areas that need SMEs need assistance in
• Conceptualizing and developing relevant frameworks, tools, excel models in areas related to Revenue growth, efficiency improvement, profitability improvement, leadership, strategy, process improvements and employee satisfaction.
• Convert complex management concepts into bite size,  easy to understand content in colloquial language for SMEs
• Actively work with consultants/transformation teams within the organization to improve content and offering, based on SME usage feedback
• Manage relationships with experts in the field for review and feedback
• Coordinate with platform team to ensure easy availability of developed content on the Wadhwani Advantage platform and increase adoption
• Create training material and other supporting content to facilitate ease of use of developed tools
• Ensuring upload of developed content on platform in approved format
• Day to day management to ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly target of content development is met

Measurement of Impact:

• Achievement of new content goals as stated at the start period
• Periodic updation of created content and bench-marking information
• Net promoter score on content
• Quality of tools developed

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of Management consulting experience. SME experience is a plus
• Good academic pedigree. Bachelor’s in Engineering/Finance, plus Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in appropriate field of study
• Extremely good at excel skills and should know Macros as an added advantage
• Enthusiast for Digital Platforms and a flare for productizing (any prior experience on this would be preferred)
• Process oriented thinking & ability to advise clients on digital tools
• Experience in Automotive components/ Agriculture & food/ FMCG/ Industrial products/ Manufacturing/ Life sciences and Healthcare Medical Products/ Services (professional, financial, healthcare etc.)/ Travel & Tourism/ Engineering goods/ Manufacturing/ Hospitality/ Financial Services/ Textiles and apparel/ Auto, Logistics, in the functions of sales, operations, finance, etc.
