What you will do?

• Handle Monitoring & Evaluation across multiple NGO partners
• Co-ordinate across functional teams
• Periodic report generation
• Co-ordinate on Employee Engagement activities
• Overall accountability of projects through active engagement

What you must have ?

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of CSR space
• MBA/Masters in Social Work or equivalent
• Prior experience in handling client or customer-facing role
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player
