As an Impact Assessment Manager, you will be handling Impact Assessment Projects across multiple clients.
What you will do?
- Handle ongoing engagements with Corporate/ Foundations
- Work with cross functional teams including project teams for alignment of scope and updates
- Overall accountability of projects through active engagement
- Develop, manage and grow working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure strong project management and team management
What you must have ?
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Understanding of Project Assessments / Evaluation
- Understanding of CSR space
- Masters in Social Work or equivalent from reputed institute
- Prior experience in handling client or customer-facing role
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
