## Associate / Sr Associate – CSR Services (Delhi)

**Experience Required:**
* **Associate:** 0-2 years of experience in CSR consulting, social impact consulting, or related fields.
* **Sr Associate:** 2+ years of experience in CSR consulting, social impact consulting, or related fields.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Associate / Sr Associate to join our CSR Services team in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in developing and implementing impactful CSR initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct research and analysis on social issues and potential CSR solutions.
* Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with client objectives and stakeholder needs.
* Manage and coordinate CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Analyze data and prepare reports to track progress and measure impact.
* Contribute to the development of new CSR services and offerings.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices.
* Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
**Desired Skills and Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* Experience in project management.
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
* Experience working with non-profit organizations.
