Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Analytics

  • Understand HR data and performance measures and drive end to end ownership of HR related analytics
  • Responsible for Org level Dashboard & Reporting with regard to People related data
  • Partner with teams to identify and produce People reports & dashboards for communicating analytics and insights
  • Proactively lookout for relevant data from varied sources, use analytical tools and techniques to build and derive insights for Individuals & Teams
  • Analyze the relevant data to obtain insights, communicate how these insights impact the organization and create case for interventions
  • Responsible for data integrity and quality assurance of all data
  • Conducts regular checks of the data to ensure accuracy and communicate changes as required
  • Assist in the implementation of the People Team’s analytics efforts and processes to ensure analytics approach is aligned with the current need

HRMS

  • Responsible for day to day support of the HRMS (Zoho) platform
  • First point of contact for Employee’s queries on the platform and providing timely resolution
  • Create, maintain and support Employee Self-Service interface with the Zoho Platform
  • Test new functionality on the platform and implement the same one need basis
  • Facilitate data transfers and maintain interfaces between HRMS and other systems and processes
  • Ensure integrity and confidentiality of all employee information
  • Support end users on new processes/functionality of the Zoho Platform
  • Update, analyze and maintain accurate data for all employees
  • Explore new ways of improving workflow and efficiency of modules
  • Support the team on a need basis as and when required. 

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Related discipline with minimum of 1+ years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands on experience on working with large data sets, creating reports and dashboards
  • Some exposure or work experience on HRMS is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Candidate should be flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and an energetic team player
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams
