Key Deliverables:

  • Compile data from different owners (Location and Programmes) on a regular frequency, Check and process same into MIS
  • Ensure data is entered into the data management system designed to capture, analyze, and disseminate operational data
  • Verify the data collated and check its veracity.
  • Analysis of the collated data and adding value to the program.
  • Preparation of various dashboards as per requirement
  • Support in monitoring & evaluation.
  • Support Operations & Strategy in the dissemination of learning.
  • Support the program/geographic/thematic teams in the preparation of various reports and MIS-related doubts.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation. Experience in a related field will be given preference.

Technical Skill Set required:

  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel(Pivot, Macro, V Basic etc.), Word and PowerPoint) are required.
  • Familiarity with working with a variety of data analysis packages such as R, SPSS and data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
  • Ability to conduct basic analysis of large sets of data and develop primary-level insights for program teams.
  • Ensuring veracity of data with field visits & backup document archiving.
  • Experience in the development sector/corporate social responsibility setting will be preferred.

Behavioral Skill Set required:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to communicate varied. audiences without technological background.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems and work under deadlines.
  • Experience working with diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel to any Unit as required.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organization and time management skills.
