**Job Description and Expected Outputs:**

 

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

 

* Plan, implement, and monitor all project activities, ensuring smooth operations in consultation with the project manager.

* Focus on effective field-level implementation while maintaining a long-term sustainability perspective.

* Support and ensure community engagement through community influencers and resource persons.

* Advocate and capture project insights and impact.

* Build synergies with government bodies (Ministry of Road Transport, Skill Development, NSDC, NHAI, Logistics Sector Skill Council), employers, and private sector companies.

* Prepare and submit activity and project reports according to deadlines.

 

**Reporting and Coordination:**

 

* Report to the Assistant Programme Director at DA headquarters (DAHQ).

* Coordinate with the corporate communication and knowledge management unit for data collection, collation, and analysis.

* Coordinate administrative issues with relevant departments.

 

 

**Desirable Attributes:**

 

* Highly skilled in project coordination with the ability to work independently.

* Proactive in identifying and addressing issues with a solutions-oriented approach.

* Willingness to spend significant time in the field and travel extensively.

* High personal and professional integrity.

* Strong professional communication skills (verbal and written).
