**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help us amplify our impact through innovative digital strategies. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital marketing initiatives, driving online engagement, and increasing brand awareness.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic to the organization’s website.

* Create and execute Social Media Marketing strategies to build brand presence, increase awareness, and grow followers.

* Manage the digital plan (earned, paid, and owned) for India, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

* Analyze competitor’s digital marketing strategies and develop counter-strategies.

* Contribute towards user experience on the organization’s website, including design, content, and usability.

* Regularly evaluate performance metrics and take corrective actions to achieve objectives.

* Coordinate with digital media agencies on a daily basis for planning and implementing campaigns and activities.

* Manage inbound and outbound leads from various channels like web, events, social media, forums, emails, and WhatsApp.

* Track conversions and improve conversion rates.

* Develop engaging content for the website and social media platforms.

* Collect, evaluate, and analyze customer feedback data to develop action plans.

**Requirements:**

* 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing.

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* In-depth understanding of digital marketing, particularly SEO and SEM.

* Experience in coordinating with digital media agencies.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
