## Eco Champs Trainer

**We are seeking an Eco Champs Trainer to join our team in Bangalore.**
**About the Role:**
The Eco Champs Trainer will play a crucial role in implementing Bhumi’s Eco Champs program, a comprehensive initiative designed to educate and empower school children to become environmentally conscious citizens. The Trainer will work closely with school management and teachers to ensure successful program delivery.
**Responsibilities:**
* Implement the Eco Champs program in coordination with school management and teachers in assigned schools.
* Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for students on various environmental topics, including waste management, water conservation, energy efficiency, and climate change.
* Develop and deliver age-appropriate educational materials and activities.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and school management.
* Collaborate with Bhumi staff on program development and evaluation.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Eco Champs program.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Education, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental education or training.
* Proven ability to engage and motivate children.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Passionate about environmental conservation and education.
