About the Position

Locations: WFH / Delhi / Gurgaon / Bangalore 

With the support of a dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the journey of different stakeholders (students, facilitators, partners) on the Impact Academy platform. As the Engagement Associate, you will support the Social Impact team in the management, execution, retention and scaling of the one-of-a-kind curated platform. You will also support the Communication team with periodic data requirements. 

Responsibilities

• Support external stakeholders to navigate through the curated platform
• Assist with the planning, management and execution 
• Coordinate ongoing programs on the platform
• Systemise the process of recognition of stakeholders onboarded
• Take periodic feedback from external stakeholders and modify the platform to make it more user friendly
• Manages calendar and opportunities effectively and optimally to execute results
• Assist in systemising internal processes and SOPs
• Responsible for regular data collection and management of data 
• Compile weekly and monthly dashboards to give an overview of the platform
• Maintain a monthly inventory 
• Support in creation and translation of materials across digital and print platforms such as blogs, brochures, articles, technical writing, infographics, podcasts, etc.  
• Identify scaling opportunities
• Support the Communications Associate with platform-centric updates for the website 
• Coordinate with the technology team to incorporate user-friendly changes as per stakeholder feedback
• Engage in regular professional development, research and trend monitoring  
• Provide facilitation support to staff and onboarding training   

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Masters degree in the relevant field; Social science degree preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills  
• Demonstrated ability to present effective and compelling messages to individuals, groups and the public  
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a diverse variety of individuals  
• Experience using design software to create fliers, blog posts, posters, etc.  Intermediate to
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite computer skills
• Knowledge of tech platforms will be preferred
