Position description: English Trainer has to help the students understand English, speak it and be able to write and read it
Job Responsibilities and Skills:
- Organizing and delivering content to the students
- Preparing course work collaterals, assessments, handouts
- Recording and maintaining the students attendance
- Evaluating individual students’ learning growth and documenting
- Classroom management
- Developing lesson plans
- Creating vibrant classroom atmosphere
Personal abilities: :
- Should be good communicator as you will be on many occasions communicating with parents and society
- Planning and organizational skills
