**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Entrepreneur Educator to join our Focus Deployment team in Delhi. This role will play a critical part in delivering high-quality entrepreneurial training programs to aspiring entrepreneurs.
**Responsibilities**
* Design and deliver engaging and interactive training modules covering various aspects of entrepreneurship, including business planning, marketing, finance, and operations.
* Mentor and support entrepreneurs during and after their training, providing guidance and feedback.
* Conduct needs assessments to identify the training requirements of the target audience.
* Develop and implement curriculum and teaching materials aligned with Wadhwani Foundation’s program objectives.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth program implementation.
* Track and evaluate program outcomes to measure impact and inform future program development.
* Participate in research and development activities related to entrepreneurial education.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of Wadhwani Foundation’s training methodologies.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, education, or economics.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in entrepreneurial training, education, or related fields.
* Strong understanding of entrepreneurship principles and best practices.
* Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Passion for supporting entrepreneurs and creating positive societal impact.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Delhi, India
