The opportunity

The Executive Assistant will be an integral cog for the Leadership team at Sattva, focused on administrative duties and business operations. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will be integral in prioritizing for, organizing calendars of and assisting the leadership in managing the Foundations team. In addition, the following will be the key responsibilities:

  • Calendar management for the leadership and prioritizing tasks as per their requests
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  • Expenses management/support to the leadership team
  • Arrange events to take place outside of the workplace, such as Sub BU and BU socials, Leadership connects/meetings and staff appreciation events. Also, assist and co-ordinate internal events for
  • BU to enable people wellbeing and fun at work.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners as per partner requests
  • Assist with business operations across raising purchase orders, reminders/actions items across BU strategic activities, follow-up on action items from Leadership meetings and support BU
  • Operations team where necessary.

  • Highly effective interpersonal skills
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Assistant/Office support reporting directly to senior
    management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi tasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
