About the Role: 

We are looking for a curious, passionate & diligent individual to support the Founder and CEO. As part of this role they will coordinate and manage the schedule, prepare and organize important notes and assist the CEO in tracking & managing key plans and priorities across Udhyam. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar to schedule meetings, speaking engagements and travel
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to plan and execute professional engagements of the CEO
  • Meticulously plan & manage travel itineraries for work trips
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Maintain diligent documentation of minutes & actionables from meetings
  • Track & follow-up on action plans for high priority areas
  • Draft, review and share communications
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Support the Udhyam team for key event planning and execution
  • Lend a helping hand in other areas of Udhyam 

Skills, Experience and Mindsets

  • Is detail-oriented and organized with prior experience (7+ years) in handling administrative work for senior leaders
  • Is highly trustworthy
  • Is a meticulous planner & thinks few steps ahead and thinks about small details
  • Exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
  • Has excellent communication skills including listening, writing & speaking
  • Is observant, sharp and eager to learn across domains: is constantly learning & wanting to do better
  • Can work well with all levels of the organization, in a non-hierarchical manner
  • Is a resourceful problem solver and learns by doing
  • Is willing to stay in the role for 3+ years

Based on relevant experience & fit, the compensation range for this role is : INR 10-15 LPA
