Supervisor

Manager – Program Monitoring

Major Deliverables

Monitoring (60%-70%)

Assist in design and development of M&E system
Develop and revise the M&E data collection tools as per requirements.
Hold data quality assurance system, strengthen it and ensure quality data in MIS (offline and online)
Analyze programmatic data (Qualitative & quantitative) and draft report based on it.
Disseminate the evidences generated through programmatic data and other sources
Conduct pre-post quality data collection, compilation and analysis.
Develop training modules on the M&E system and the tools and give training to respective stakeholders
Facilitate Programmatic reviews.
Data provisioning to the other departments as per their requirement
Work in close coordination with different program teams
Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor
Field co-ordination during Survey.

Management Information Software (30%- 40%)

Conceptualize, and design MIS system for various programs in the organization
Develop the data collection tools and reports for the program monitoring
Develop data quality control system for program monitoring and hold it in routine data collection system.
Conceptualize and design new software development required for program monitoring and data utilization by various departments
Coordinate with program teams and explore additional requirement of MIS development and then digitalize it.
Extract data from the software and program MIS as and when it is required by any team members of the organization.

Specialized Competencies

Essential skills

Advanced excel skills
Programmatic analytic skills
Working knowledge on SPSS, STATA, or any other statistical packages
Proven writing skills in English
Traveling to intervention sites and within country if required
Language Proficiency – English

Desirable

Experience working on issues of Children protection or similar subjects.

Educational Qualification

A university degree in Economics, Social Science, Statistics, Public Policy, Development studies or related field. Master’s degree or Bachelor’s plus an advanced certificate in M&E, statistics, or economics is highly desirable

Desired Experience

2-5 years of experience of data management including analysis.

Salary range

30000-50000 per month +Travel +Therapeutic allowances
