Role: Executive/Senior Executive – Recruitments and HR Operations

Experience: 1 to 3 years 

Location: Delhi 

Qualification: Degree Business Administration/HR or any other allied field

Number of openings: 1

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manages full- cycle recruitment including job postings, screening of resumes, interviewing, background verification process and final offers.
  • Performing post-offer activities including but not limited to communications, answering queries, reference checks, new hire joining formalities.
  • Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions.
  • Proactively create talent pipeline in line with the workforce plans.
  • Manage ongoing candidate relationships during the hiring life cycle.
  • Provide on boarding support to the new joiners.
  • Maintain MIS for complete recruitment process and prepare recruitment dashboards for timely reporting.
  • Vendor Management: Recruitment Consultants and Background Verification Vendors.
  • Maintain HR personnel files of the employees.
  • Any other HR tasks assigned by Reporting Manager and Head-Human Resources.

Desired Skill Set

  • Degree in Business Administration or HR or any other allied field
  • Excellent communication skills (Preferred: English and Hindi)
  • Should have minimum one year of experience and knowledge on end-to-end recruitment.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can multi task.
  • Hands on experience of working on multiple recruiting sources and channels.
  • Candidates from NGO/CSR/ Education sector will be preferred.
