Sehgal Foundation invites applications for Field Assistant on a fixed-term contract

Number of Positions: 10

Reporting: Project Associate

Skill and Competencies:

• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture / Botany / Biology 4-5years fieldwork experience,
• Minimum 5-6-year of field experience working with farmers in the rural area
• Previous experience working on crop residue burning will be an advantage

Job Description:

• Implement village-level project activities
• Organize village-level training and awareness activities
• Organize farmers’ meetings and village events.
• Identify beneficiaries and user groups
• Collect beneficiary data and intervention statistics regularly and update on MIS
• Support the Project Coordinator for the successful execution of project deliverables
