Job Description
- Mobilize and activate the participants for the on-ground activities of the programme.
- Responsible for the surveys, FGDs, engaging participants in theatre games and activities
- Responsible for the pre and post-assessments, attendance, record keeping,
- Coordination, scheduling of the activities on the tea estates, maintaining the reporting formats and MIS.
Requirement: Should be fluent in either Nepali, Bengali or Sadri and Hindi or English
Experience: Field Work, Gender, Training, and Theatre
