  • Executing the training to implement the programme
  • Address challenges of women safety issues in Tea estates by lending support to centre the voices of those harmed by VAWG/GBV and support access to redressal mechanisms where and when required.

Requirement: Should be fluent in either Nepali, Bengali or Sadri and Hindi or English

Experience: Field Work, Gender, Training, Counselling, and Theatre
