**Job Description: Finance Associate – Bangalore North, India**

**Experience Required:**  

1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. Candidates with a commerce postgraduate degree from premier institutes or graduates with 3+ years’ experience are preferred. Experience in Tier 1 corporates or accounting firms is an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Tally-based bookkeeping for multiple entities.

2. Handling periodic filings (TDS, GST, etc.) and regulatory compliance.

3. Coordinating with internal stakeholders for documentation.

4. Managing accounts receivables and payables across product lines.

5. Banking coordination for daily operations and treasury management.

6. Supporting statutory audits and collaborating with the finance team.

**Qualifications:**

– Strong accounting knowledge and ability to manage operations at scale.

– Comfort with advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and automation tools.

– Proficiency in Zoho and Tally ERP/Prime.

– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

– High comfort with technology and a fast-paced environment.
