**Role Summary**

 

* **Location:** Pune/Mumbai OR Remote (visit the city of placement once a month).

* **Time Commitment:** Full Time

* **Reporting to:** Curriculum Manager

* **Compensation:** 3.80 – 5.10 LPA (inclusive of EPF & Medical Insurance)

 

**Key Job Areas**

 

* **Content Creation:**

    * Develop engaging, student-centered learning experiences using video content, quizzes, assessments, performance tasks, and rubrics, all aligned with curriculum guidelines.

    * Structure curriculum into well-constructed, easily implementable lesson plans based on pedagogy and behavior management best practices for seamless integration with TAP Buddy.

    * Research and design activities with real-life applications to encourage financial awareness and decision-making skills.

    * Create detailed video scripts and content that are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with Financial Literacy objectives.

    * Ensure all content (videos, templates, and activities) is age-appropriate, interactive, and aligned with learning outcomes.

    * Use visual aids, animations, and practical examples to make content engaging and easy to understand.

    * Manage audio and video editing to produce high-quality, student-centric videos that make complex financial topics accessible.

 

* **Program Implementation & Support:**

    * Collaborate with other teams to support the implementation of the curriculum, ensuring alignment with TAP’s educational goals.

    * Support team members in video production and review, offering mentorship and ensuring timely delivery of content.

    * Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate the smooth rollout of content across all programs.

 

* **Curriculum Research & Enhancement:**

    * Assist the Curriculum Manager in researching, identifying, and curating relevant, high-quality Financial Literacy content, contextualizing it for TAP’s program and the Indian educational context.

    * Regularly update the curriculum to reflect the latest trends and advancements in Financial Literacy education.

    * Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of curriculum outputs and outcomes, presenting insights to the team on a quarterly basis.

 

**Qualifications & Experience**

 

* Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Finance or Economics.

* 0 to 2 years of relevant full-time work experience in one or more relevant fields/fellowships (Economics/Finance).

* Willingness to learn about the workings of relevant verticals.

* Experience in the field of Financial Literacy or a detailed understanding of how these verticals operate will be beneficial.

* Experience of working with children and varied teams in any capacity (full-time/volunteering) will add value to the candidature.

* Experience with editing tools would be an added advantage.
